What does it cost to host a machine?
It depends on the site. There is no setup cost to the venue, and we will talk through the arrangement when you get in touch.
Who owns the stock?
We do. The machine, the products inside, the maintenance, and the restock cycle are all on us. The venue brings the floor space.
How often do you restock?
It depends on the site. Each machine runs on telemetry, so restock runs when the data says to. Busy sites see us weekly, quieter ones less often.
Can we change what is stocked?
Yes. Tell us what your team wants and we will source it. Within reason. Most sites settle into a mix that suits the room.
What if a machine runs out of something?
Telemetry usually flags low stock before it runs dry. If something slips through, a quick call or message gets it sorted.
Do you handle payments?
Yes. Contactless, card, and cash. The machine runs the payments and tracks the takings per site.
